Why yes it would. I admit I've only seen a Victreebel ceremony once. It was kind of an accident, actually... Their evolution process is much different, but she might be able to ease some of your worries.

There is a lot of effort put forth into finding leaf stones during the day. They're very particular about the ones they use, so the ceremony itself is rather limited in who can participate... Once night falls there is a gathering of all the Weepinbell that are deemed ready... Oh its a beautiful sight to see by moonlight!

Wow... Didn't really think about how they'd use the Leaf Stones in the ceremony. That sounds pretty amazing.
