[Vinnie had been spending a lot of time on his own outside, watching the flower buds peek through the snow. Had he been actively avoiding certain people? Hell yes. But he was privately trying to console himself with the slow return of spring.

It was getting warmer. Greener. All his hopes for the future lay in the coming month.

I wanna get back into training again. At least doing something. I'm sick of waiting around and feeling like this. I've been getting into fights anyway, so... I should've told you about those.

I know I've been pulling stupid shit lately. You can lay it on me for that.

I really missed Spring! [She decided to sit down next to him, hoping that he wouldn't mind.] Not only for the flowers- though they are really pretty- but for the water, too! I really missed swimming.

[She tilted her head a little, a smile still on her features despite a lingering sense of concern.] Are you doing alright? I hope I'm not bothering you!

[Vinnie contemplated on what to say for a moment, on how exactly to explain it. From speaking to Mac, it seemed like this wasn't an unusual sort of predicament to be in... minus the fact that she was kind of a god.]

Honestly, I liked being friends with her. I never thought about anything different 'cuz we're just... on totally different levels. The more I think about it, the less sure I am 'bout where I stand.
